King's Parlour opened its doors in September 2023 to welcome bearded brothers and help them solve their grooming challenges. Taking social media by storm, King's Parlour has already helped thousands of bearded brothers boost their confidence through exceptional beard care.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all UK orders or Express shipping at £4.77
When do you ship your orders?
We aim to ship all orders next working day.
How Long it takes for my order to be delivered?
With our standard shipping your order will arrive within 2/3 working days
With Express Shipping your order will arrive next working day affter shipping.
How do i know my order has been shipped?
Usually, once your order has been shipped you will receive an email informing you of your order being shipped along with a tracking code. If you have not received an email then please check you spam folder.
How can my order be tracked?
Once your order is processed and shipped you will find your tracking number on your despatch note.
When will my order be shipped if I placed it over the weekend?
We aim to ship all our orders following day.
Do you ship your orders internationally?
Currently we operate only within UK with the aim to expand to whole Europe soon.

How do i amend my order?
We regret that once an order has been placed it cannot be amended on the website. At the earliest opportunity please contact the King's Parlour on email info@kingsparlour.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE:
your order may already be processed and out for delivery therefore we would not be able to amend your order. If this is the case then you will need to return the item before we can send an alternative out.
Where can I add my discount code?
You can add your dicount code at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Yes, we accept returns either for an exchange or for a refund. You will have 30 days from the time of delivery in order to return the item(s) to us.
My item arrived damaged
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, we would kindly ask that you email to us alongside an image of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving the item. Once we receive it we will look into the matter further and be in touch.

Is your products tested and certified?
All the King's Parlour products have been tested and have CPSR certification.
Do you offer samples for your products?
Currently we do not offer samples, but it's something we consider in future.
